We had severe damage in our basement after the rain and storms in Bloomington. My brother reccomended them to us, and they were out on Monday and immediately got to work. They were at our house almost everyday working on our basement, and taking readings. Very happy with them and will def reccomend

Keith was very personable and professional. The other technicians were ok, but only stayed for minutes. I do feel, however there was never a discussion concerning estimated costs. It also took a week of pumping without daily evaluations. I'm still awaiting, asbestos testing, demolition crew, and have no idea if insurance will cover all this. I have nothing bad to report, but I don't feel completely taken care of yet.

A big shout out to Heather and Randy Hamilton! Heather was the calming voice on the phone. Randy Hamilton went ABOVE and BEYOND helping an overwhelmed person manage the aftermath of a water backup in my basement. He did far more than was required to help me out - hauling wet items to the trash, managing to get rid of a sleeper sofa and bookshelf by himself. Daelyn (from Tampa), who is assigned to my house has been available to answer all of my questions. So glad I'm a client of BluSky (they were recommended by my plumber). I know they have my situation under control! (Despite how over loaded they are with the recent storm) THANK YOU for these initial 2 visits within 5 days of the backup. I know there is more to be done but I'm breathing easier!

Our experience with Bkuesky, specifically with Heather and Keith has been more than anything we could ask for. Response times were incredible. Both Heather and Keith answerd all of our questions sometimes multiple times a day. Heather allowed me to breathe during an absolutely chaotic situation. Keith.... once Keith got to my house it legit was like an old friend had come over. He and his partner went straight to work setting up their equipment and explaining the processes to us. Reassured me and my wife that everything was gonna be OK and that they would take care of us. Cannot reccomend Bluesky enough.

Prompt response with dewatering and placing drying equipment. Never received any information about the costs despite repeated requests for pricing. Also never given any invoices for several months until a demand letter sent FedEx threatened legal action. Funny how that arrived here but none of their previously claimed invoices did. And no emails or calls as they claimed. Despite my cash payment, before I was able to get insurance reimbursement, and their promises to provide assurance that no legal actions were forth coming I still have not received any response. I believe they're a good company with bad communication. Beware of what you're allowing in your home for these services with no explanations on costs, etc!! I'm still not finished with this mess months later. My work was done by blusky in Morton, IL.
